Mitsudome graduated from the Faculty of Law at Keio University.
After joining Nomura Securities and experiencing retail sales at two branches, he worked in human resource development and IR (for domestic and overseas institutional investors and analysts, etc.) in the corporate department. In 2005, Mitsudome started to engage in banker operations in the investment banking division (Tokyo and Osaka), mainly for companies in the materials and energy sectors. He joined KII in April 2023 after working as Managing Director, Head of investment banking business in the Kyusyu area.
Leveraging his experience and knowledge in dealing with a large number of domestic and overseas institutional investors and analysts, business firm finance, M&A, and consulting, Mitsudome is focused on contributing to value enhancement for investees and developing KII, including its operational management.
