Shinozaki graduated from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Faculty of Language and Area Studies.
Since graduating, she has been engaged in fund management and investor relations at various institutions including the asset management division of a Japanese railway company, an alternative investment-focused asset management company, and a Japanese private equity fund.
In 2024, she joined KII as a Principal in charge of fund management and investor relations.
